The invention relates to a process for lining a body surrounding a cavity and consisting of explosive mixtures with an insert. To prevent defects reducing the penetration capacity between the body and the insert, it is proposed to heat the insert, insert it into the cavity of the body and to retain it there under the effect of pressure until it has cooled.
