In a shrink film wrapping machine, the tubular shaped film is pulled off a roll and into a packaging position by an expanding unit, and is welded after being pulled onto the brick stack, and cut by a cutting unit to form a film cover. The expanding unit is formed as a funnel, with two revolveably held rollers, each of which has an associated driveable counter roller. Each roller pair transports the film tube, held between them, into the packaging position. |
