PURPOSE:To facilitate the step driving of a semiconductor motor and to facilitate the stop of the motor by providing a step driving circuit. CONSTITUTION:When the step driving and normal rotation switching input 16 of a gate circuit 20 is set to L, the output 18 of a buffer circuit 17 becomes high impedance, and a semiconductor motor rotates normally. In this case, a step driving circuit 19 has a gate circuit 20, a buffer circuit 17 and a comparator 21. This circuit 19 enables to operate when the input signal of the terminal 16 becomes H. When the H signal is presented, a step operation mechanism operates preferentially to the drive circuit 4. The direction of the current of the coil 1 is altered by the level of the terminal 15. |
