摘要 PURPOSE:To make a mass flow rate measurement correct and easy by measuring the mass flow rate of a granular body to be transported in piping by detecting the vibration generated at the piping surface. CONSTITUTION:All vibrations generated at the outer wall of a piping 1 during transporting a granular body in the piping 1 are always detected by a vibration receiver 2, the detected signal is sent to a vibration meter 4 in a spectral signal treating device 3, and the detected signal is transduced to a voltage signal to send to a band-pass filter 5. Only the voltage signal of a specified frequency band is extracted among the voltage signals of all frequency bands at the filter 5, and the absolute values of the vibration wave form is averaged at a full-wave rectification smoothing circuit 6. The biased portion of the bias region is removed at a bias control circuit 7, an effective value of the averaged vibration acceleration, etc. is corrected, and the corrected value is subjected to the signal treatment at a substitution arithmetic device 8 and is picked out as the voltage signal of the granular body mass flow rate corresponding to the effective value.
