PURPOSE:The titled additive providing slurry having improved storage stability at low viscosity, comprising specific components such as a specific polyoxyalkylene ether salt, a formalin condensate of aromatic sulfonate, a salt of acrylic acid polymer, bentonite, etc. CONSTITUTION:The titled additive comprising (A) a sulfuric ester salt and/or a phosphoric ester salt of a polyoxyalkylene ether of a polyamine having >=5 active hydrogens, wherein number of oxyalkylene units in the polyoxyalkylene ether is >=900, (B) a formalin condensate of a (substituted) aromatic sulfonate, (C) a salt of acrylic acid (co)polymer, (D) bentonite and (E) an alkali substance selected from (i) an alkali metallic hydroxide, carbonate and/or silicate, (ii) an alkaline earth metallic hydroxide, (iii) ammonium hydroxide and (iv) an amine as a component.
