PURPOSE:To readily automate the machining and insertion of an interphase insulator by dividing approximately rectangular insulator for each slot and disposing them between the coil ends and in the slots. CONSTITUTION:A slot liner 3 is inserted into the slot 2 formed on a core 1, further divided for each slot, and approximately rectangular insulators 9 are disposed together with auxiliary coils 4 (4a-4c) and main coils 5 (5a-5e) between the coil ends and in the slot 2. The insulators 9 are formed of thin synthetic resin materials and bend in approx. channel shape through two folding lines 90 formed corresponding to the width of the slot 2. The insulator between the coil 4 and the coil 5 has a function of a spacer and functions of the insulator and separator between the coils of different phase in the slot 2 and has a function of a wedge. |
