PURPOSE:To prevent impediment to normal data collection processing even if an inquiry processing request is generated by accessing a data processor in such a state that plural POSs are integrated in one repeating device. CONSTITUTION:A discriminating part 2 discriminate on whether information outputted by a terminal-side interface 21 indicates the inquiry processing request or not. When so, a counter 25 is made to count up by one through a gate 26. When the inquiry processing request is generated multiply, the counted value of the counter 25 exceeds a specific value and its output signal rises to close the gate 26. Then, if a new inquiry processing request is generated while no answer information is still received by the repeating device 2, the output signal of the part 24 is inputted to the terminal side interface 21 through a gate 27. A gate 23 is closed to inhibit the inquiry processing request from being passed from the interface 21 to a processor-side interface part 22. The interface 21 sends a busy signal to a POS which generates the new inquiry processing request. |
