PURPOSE:To increase a flash photogaphable range greatly by attaching an external flash device which has an amount of large emission of light according to the condition of a subject. CONSTITUTION:When an additional strobe is attached, a synchro switch 12 is disconnected from a main circuit by a connection between 13a and 13c and connected to the side of an external synchro terminal 15, and an oscillation voltage boosting circuit is turned off by a connection between 14a and 14c. Consequently, a main capacitor 7 is not charged any more and even if there is a remaining voltage across the main capacitor 7 when the additional strobe is switched to, the synchro switch 12 is disconnected from the circuit; even when the synchro switch 12 is turned on, the flash device does not emit light and the synchro switch is connected to the external synchro terminal 15, so the additional strobe emits light. Consequently, the flash photographable range is increased greatly. |
