PURPOSE:To assemble a device with a high precision, by providing an upper fixed cylinder on the same shaft as a fixed shaft of a lower fixed cylinder and rotating a rotating member, to which a magnetic head is attached, in the space between both cylinders. CONSTITUTION:An upper fixed cylinder 17 is fixed and supported by a fixed shaft 12 of a lower fixed cylinder 18, and a rotating member 14 to which a magnetic head 23 projecting to the outside from outside circumferential faces of cylinders is attached is rotated around the fixed shaft 12 in the space between upper and lower fixed cylinders 17 and 18. Since the upper cylinder 17 is fixed and supported by the fixed shaft 12 in this manner, upper and lower cylinders 17 and 18 are made coaxial easily at the assembling time, and they are assembled with a high precision. Since the winding angle of a tape to cylinders can be made wider, this constitution is advantageous in case that the device is made small-sized. |
