In order to do it, the outlet part of the stirrer 5 is equipped with the controlling valve 6, etc., and the channel resistance at the part is regulated. By this regulation, the retention time of cream in the stirrer 5, namely stirring time, is controlled constant, and flow rate at the outlet is made constant. Consequently, cycling will not occur, quality of prepared product is made uniform, to give an improved whipped food.
