PURPOSE:To enable preparation of a large number of hand-rolled Sushi (vinegared fish and rice) on a great number of Sushi retaining parts efficiently, by providing a great number of the Sushi retaining parts on rotable retainers, by pressing Sushi contained in the retaining parts by pressing members. CONSTITUTION:The Sushi containing members 6 having a large number of the Sushi retaining parts 5 with bottoms are placed on the retainers 2 and 3 rotable by the rotating means 10, and the Sushi contained in the retainers 5 can be pressed by the pressing members 12 and 13. Consequently, a great number of hand-rolled Sushi can be prepared in the containing members 6, the hand-rolled Sushi can be prepared successively with extremely little labor, can be sold in a packed state, or transferred to dishes and put on a table. |
