VARIABLE REACTANCE CIRCUIT

PURPOSE:To change an equivalent reactance over a wide range from a negative to a positive specified value, by combining two amplifier circuits operated respectively as a positive and a negative equivalent reactance. CONSTITUTION:An output of an amplifier 1 operated as the positive equivalent reactance and an output of an amplifier 2 acting like a negative equivalent are connected respectively to an output terminal 3 in common. A current flowing to a variable current source 6 of the amplifier circuit 1 and a current flowing to a variable current source 14 of the amplifier circuit 2 are changed by forming the circuits above. Thus, the equivalent reactance viewed from the output terminal 3 is changed to a wide range from a negative to a positive specified value.
