PURPOSE:To discharge the stored material constantly from the lower end of tank, by reciprocating a belt saw having edges on both sides and saw handle with minute speed while seesawing on the bottom of tank. CONSTITUTION:Two hydraulic cylinders 9 will cause reciprocal slewing motion of a saw 4, saw handle 5, driver and a Siamese twin crank device 7 in a horizontal face as shown by arrows C-C'. Upon rotation of two crank pins 14, 15 in same direction with same speed, through a driver, the saw handle 5 and the saw 4 will start seesaw motion 17 in a horizontal face which is combined with the operation of the hydraulic cylinder 9 to describe a fan shape 19 by means of the saw handle 5 and the saw 4. Upon accumulation of storing material in the storage tank 1, the lowermost end of said material is sequentially cut in the direction of a discharge port 3 and dropped onto a conveyor 11 to be carried out. |
