PURPOSE:To display a compensation value for errors in the detection of a fuel injection timing sensor, conveniently and precisely, by displaying the coded values of the errors in the detection of the sensor, in a device in which the timing of fuel injection is adjusted by a microcomputer. CONSTITUTION:The outputs of a fuel injection timing sensor 6 and a rotation sensor 11 are delivered to the outputs of buffer amplifier circuits 15, 16 in a microcomputer 14, respectively. These buffer amplifier circuits 15, 16 are adapted to waveshape the wave forms of signals, respectively, from the fuel injection timing sensor 6 and the rotation sensor 11, and deliver their outputs through a branch-off circuit 18 to a CPU19 whose output is led through an output interface 20 to an actuator 13 for changing the cam phase angle of a fuel injection pump 2. Further, an error compensation value display device 24 connected to the terminal 22 of the branched output of the branch off circuit 18, includes a coding circuit 25 for coding the errors of the fuel injection timing sensor 6 as compensation values and a display circuit 26 for displaying the error compensation values. |
