摘要 |
PURPOSE:To prevent the gap between laps from increasing with temperature variation and suppress the thermal expansion of a driving shaft by restricting the axial displacement of the driving shaft by a main bearing and restricting the axial diplacement of a swirl scroll by a slidable member in no-lubrication which is installed between the swirl scroll and frame and a fixed scroll. CONSTITUTION:A swirl scroll is installed onto the eccentric part 4a of a crank shaft (driving shaft 4) through a cylindrical roller bearing 5. Said crank shaft 4 is supported by spherical bearings 6 and 7 fixed on a frame 3. Plate members 11 and 12 which are made of slidable material in no-lubrication are inserted into the groove formed on the seat surface of the frame 3 and the groove 1e formed on a fixed-scroll mirror plate 1a. Though said swirl scroll 2 is applied with a thrust force due to the gas pressure in a compressor 20 and pushed onto the crank shaft 4 side, sliding in the axial direction is permitted between the revolution surface of the cylindrical roller 5a of the cylindrical roller bearing 5 and the inner ring 5b of the bearing installed in the eccentric part 4 of the crank shaft 4. |
