PURPOSE:To reduce the frequency of the use of a starter and the consumption of fuel by furnishing a crank shaft with a flywheel to be driven via an electromagnetic clutch for controlling. CONSTITUTION:A set revolutionary speed detection signal in a control unit 27 operates a relay 30 to supply current to an electromagnetic coil 18, and by the excited magnetic flux of a case 15, a free ring 22 is slided on a spline 20b of a flywheel 20 and attracted on a flange 11 to transmit rotation, while the flywheel 20 is rotated by the spline 20b in one body with a crank shaft 12. When the revolutionary speed is lowered under a set value, the signal of the control unit 27 is inversed, and by the work of a spring 24, the free ring 22 is released to rotate the flywheel 20 by inertia. The signal of the control unit 27 also intercepts a fuel passage. When a switch 28 is closed, current is again supplied to an electromagnetic clutch device by the signal of the control unit 27, while the fuel passage is released from the interception, and the engine 9 is started by the inertial rotation of the flywheel 20. |
