PURPOSE:To provide the titled apparatus that can prevent a green tire supported on a green tire introducing apparatus in an upper bead set first system from being deformed, by providing an inflatable bladder for supporting the upper bead section of a green tire from the inside of the green tire. CONSTITUTION:The green tire 8 is supplied from above to be placed on a receiving plate 12, and the bladder 15 is inflated and elevated to support the green tire 8. After the vulcanization, the tire is taken out, an upper bead clamping apparatus is lowered, and the bladder 15 is shrunk and lowered. Before the shape of the upper bead changes, the bladder 20 is inflated to support the upper bead of the green tire from below and clicks 21 are spread to center the upper bead. Then the introducing apparatus is lowered a suitable distance and is caused to shunt outside of the press, and after the green tire 8 is hung down, and the clicks 21 are closed, the upper bead clamping apparatus is elevated so that the upper bead of the green tire is forced into an upper bead ring by the bladder to be seated at the predetermined position. |
