PURPOSE:To facilitate the mounting of the tip of a material to be wound by initiating winding after inserting a rod-shaped member into a hole bored through the side plate of a bobbin and inserting the tip of said material to be wound between said rod-shaped member and a hoisting drum. CONSTITUTION:A bobbin 10 for winding into multiple stripes is formed in such a way that through holes 6 having the same radius are provided from an axial center through the side plate 2 of a hoisting drum 1 and a rod-shaped member 5 is inserted into a pair of these holes while piercing the each side plate. This bobbin 10 is fitted around the expandable spindle 4 of a winding machine. Upon winding, it is started while the rod-shaped member 5 is placed in a position shown by a solid line, and the tip of a band-shaped material 3 to be wound is bent like a broken line and hooked on the rod-shaped member 5. |
