PURPOSE:To secure sealing against gas, by providing a slider slidable relative to a moving member, to always balance the pressure of oil with the fluctuating pressure of the gas. CONSTITUTION:When the pressure of gas has risen, a slider 14 is pushed toward a first oil chamber 12 and stops in a position where the pressure of oil balances with that of the gas. When the pressure of the gas has fallen, the slider 14 is pushed by the oil pressure and stops in a position where the pressure of the oil balances with that of the gas. Since the slider 14 is automatically caused to slide with the fluctuation of the gas pressure to balance the oil pressure with the gas pressure, almost all of leak of the gas is prevented by the sealing oil in the first oil chamber 12 and what should be done next is to keep the sealing oil in the chamber from leaking. |
