PURPOSE:To reduce consumption of spray water by varying the opening of a flow regulating valve in accordance to the slewing speed or angle of boom when requiring spray. CONSTITUTION:A slewing gear 25 in a reclaimer will rotate a synchro-resolver 27 through a small gear 26. The produced signal is digitized by a synchro-digital transmitter 28 while the spray area is detected by said signal and preset spray conversion pattern 29 and provided to a spray solenoid valve selection circuit 30. Said circuit 30 is provided with a load-off signal to show whether or not a load is mounted on the boom conveyor from a scale 31 on the boom conveyor. On the basis of said input informations, spray solenoid valves 15-22 are opened/closed as required. |
