PURPOSE:To contrive to simplify a device and obtain a terminal device such that a display does not disappear during copying, by a method wherein a displaying part and a hard copying part are united into a single device, and a developing process and a data-controlling part are used in common for the two parts. CONSTITUTION:A transparent or a translucent looped belt form dielectric film 1 is fitted between a roller 2 and rollers 3, 3. A pin electrode 4 is provided between the rollers 3, 3, and is brought into contact with the film 1. On the outside of this, a counter electrode 8 of a developing machine 6 is oppositely provided. A magnetic toner is contained in the interior of the developing machine 7, and a rotary permanent magnet cylinder surrounded by a sleeve 7 is provided. When an electric discharge is effected between the electrodes 4, 8 in accordance with an image signal, the toner is attracted to the part on the electrode 8 side, whereby the image is developed. The developing machine 6 is used also for developing an electrostatic recording paper 10, in which case the electric discharge, namely, forming of an electrostatic latent image is conducted at another part 5. |
