PURPOSE:To provide a suitable accuracy and strength, by coupling an outer shell cover member provided at both sides of a camera with a tripod seat fitted facing to outer surface and a fitting seat fitted with an electronic view finder so as to simplify the camera outer shell. CONSTITUTION:The outer shell member of a video camera is taken as a three- layer construction of a left side plate 1, a right side plate 2 and a middle frame 3, and a view finder fitting seat 4 is fitted above the outer shell member. The fitting seat 4 is taken as a component made of a shoe-shaped metallic material, and fitted to the side plate 1 by clipping the middle frame 3 with a small screw 5 or the side plate 2 by clipping the frame 3. Further, a tripod seat 6 is made of a metallic or hard resin member having a tripod screw 61 to be fitted to a tripod and fitted to the side plate 1 or the side plate 2 with small screws 7 by clipping the middle frame 3. Then, the side plates 1, 2 and the middle frame 3 are coupled with the fitting seat 4 and the tripod seat 6 so as to simplify the construction of the outer shell of the camera and to provide the suitable accuracy and strength. |
