PURPOSE:To readily manufacture a brushless motor and to improve the reliability of the motor by forming an armature yoke of a magnetic unit coated with porcelain, thereby reducing the number of part and simplifying the structure. CONSTITUTION:An armature yoke 1 of disc shape having mounting legs 2 projected downwardly at the two positions is covered with porcelain layers 4 on the front and back surfaces on magnetic units 3, an inserting hole 5 is formed at the center, and mounting holes 6 are opened to attach the legs 2 to a base 8. A plurality of armature coils 10 are bonded to the upper surface of the yoke 1, and electronic parts such as a position detector 11, a transistor 12 and an IC13 are arranged thereon. In this manner, an insulating board and a printed board can be omitted, thereby reducing the number of parts to simplify the structure, facilitating the manufacture and improving the reliability. |
