PURPOSE:To improve the maneuverability of a captioned device by selecting a seat position at the time of the first operation of an ignition switch after the connection of a battery for the position of the origin. CONSTITUTION:The setting of the origin is processed on every time when an ignition switch 2 is operated to be on. At a step 1, outputs of ports P0-P22 are reset to return to their initial states, and at a step 22, it is decided whether the on-operation of the ignition switch 2 is the first one or not after the connection of a battery 1. When it is the first, at a step 3, the stored contents in counters are all cleared, and the origin is newly set. After a step 4, preset data are processed to be erased, and present position data are set in accordance with the movement of a seat thereafter on the basis of the new origin. |
