PURPOSE:To facilitate the opposed setting of an optical wave guide, by using the sheet equipped with the optical wave guide. CONSTITUTION:A position sensor element 31 comprises one plastic sheet and has a cut groove 33 as a measuring part almost at the central part thereof while is equipped with a light emitting part 32 having a plurality of optical wave guides 35 at one side thereof and a light receiving part 34 having optical wave guides 37 matching to the optical wave guides 35 at the other side thereof. In holding an object 39 to be irradiated to an almost definite position by using this position sensor part 31, the position sensor part 31 performs cooperation with a usual control mechanism for controlling the position of an object 39 to be irradiated by the position detecting output of the position sensor part 31 so as to act push- out force toward the inlet direction in the cut groove 33 on the object 39 to be irradiated when it deeply enters the cut groove 33 and to act push-in force toward the interior direction on said object 39 to be irradiated when it comes out in the vicinity of the inlet but so as not to act these forces on said object 39 to be irradiated at a predetermined position. |
