PURPOSE:To prevent the cross flow loss between secondary conductors and to improve the motor torque characteristics by forming a slot insulator of a heat resistant paint also for rust prevention on the outer periphery of a rotor core and the inner wall of the slot. CONSTITUTION:Temporarily clamped core is dipped in a tank which fills heat resistant paint of inorganic chlorine phosphate, excess droplets are removed, the core is then heated, and dried to cure the paint film. Thus, films 12-14 of the paint are formed between the outer diameter of the rotor 7a and the inner wall of the slot and punched plates 2a. Then, aluminum is cast in a fully closed clot 1 by die casting to form a secondary conductor 3 on the core 4a of the rotor adhered with the paint film to form a core 4a of the rotor. In this manner, the cross flow loss between the secondary conductors can be prevented, thereby improving the motor torque characteristics. |
