PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of magnetic characteristic through reduced compressive stress applied on a magnetic thin plate by providing a flexible resin along the width direction of the laminated amorphous magnetic thin plate. CONSTITUTION:A laminated product 1 is formed by winding in toroidal-shape an amorphous magnetic thin plate 1a and the circumference of such laminated product 1 is molded by resin 2. The resin 3 at both end surfaces in the width direction of the amorphous magnetic thin plate is used for bonding and the resin 4 along the width direction is flexible. The partially crystallized amorphous magnetic thin plate 1a is desirable. Moreover, as the flexible resin, the ultra- flexible epoxygel, silicongel and epoxy resin is used. These resins have very small Young's modulus, tensile strength and bending strength and do not give a stress on the magnetic thin plate. |
