PURPOSE:To enable movable blades to aid in stop and turn, by installing the movable blades on both ship sides. CONSTITUTION:Movable blades 4, being openable by means of hydraulic pressure, are located to both ship sides under a draft line 5 of a ship hull 1. The movable blades are simultaneously or individually operated to aid in stop and turn. This permits prevention of the occurrence of collision or contact trouble. |
