PURPOSE:To prevent the danger and complexity at the using of the titled apparatus by a method wherein a preventing function which prevents the forgetting of electrifying cut-off when the electrifying for a heat generating body which heast a cookpot and the like is continued over designated time, and a key switch which releases said function when a long time cooking such as a stew cooking and the like is performed, are provided. CONSTITUTION:At the application on an electric range which is provided with two heat generating bodies 14, 17, each electrifying ratio setting means 6, 10 are respectively provided for each heat generating body 14, 17; the outputs from each means 6, 10 are inputted into a microcomputer 1 via A/D converters 7, 11. Each three terminal double-throw thyristors 13, 16 are respectively connected in series to each heat generating body 14, 17; each gate is controlled by the control signal of the microcomputer 1 through transistors 15, 18. A key switch 12 which performs the setting and releasing of the preventing function of the cut-off forgetting is provided, during the key switch is closed, the electrifying time for the heat generating bodies 14, 17 is calculated. When the calculated value exceeds the designated value, the electrifying for the heat generating bodies 14, 17 are stopped, a luminous diode 19 of the preventing function display for cut-off forgetting is lighted. |
