Improvements to cross-flow heat exchangers, particularly for mechanical ventilation systems for premises

The exchanger consists of a cubic body 1 enclosing plates 1a defining the two circuits, and four demountable tanks 2 to 5 having an opening set into the square profile of the body. Some of these tanks have a filtering wall 9 and others have a motor-driven fan 6. All the tanks have lateral connecting pipes 7, 8, 10, 11 which can be given four different orientations to obtain a suitable arrangement for each tank.
