Polyvinyl chloride sol composition for container-cap liner was prepared from 100wt.% of PVC resin, 50-100 wt. % of plasticizer, 0.5-10.0 wt.% of silicone oil of 100000 cps viscosity and 0.5-10.0 wt.% of activating agent selected from fatty acid amide or paraffin wax. Used plasticizers are phthalic ester such as BPBG or DOP, adipic acid ester such as DOA, citric acid ester or epoxy, and stabilizers are calcium, zinc or magnesium stearate. Silicone oil is poly dimethyl siloxylic acid, poly methylphenyl siloxylic acid or poly methyl hydrogen siloxylic acid.
