PURPOSE:To make correction by centering on displayed measured density, by displaying an exposure quantity which is set at a manual density measurement of an original correspondingly to the position of a density setting lever during automatic density adjustment. CONSTITUTION:When a user selects a manual density setting mode, a manual density selection switch 4 is pressed to read its data in a control part 9 and a selection relay K4 is operated to turn on an LED7. Then, when an automatic density selection switch 5 is pressed, the relay K4 is changed over to turn on an LED8, displaying an automatic density setting mode. Consequently, the exposure value set by the density measurement of the original during the automatic density adjustment is displayed correspondingly to the position of the density setting lever during the manual density adjustment; when the user makes a slight correction, setting for the correction centering on the displayed set density is possible, thereby making the automatic density adjustment with functions whose operativity is extremely high. |
