PURPOSE:To prevent the connecting part of a ceramic base and lead frames from generation of stress, and to prevent both from generation of positional deviation by a method wherein the lead frames adhered with the base are arranged on a rail, and gas is jetted against the base from the rail to hold in the low friction condition. CONSTITUTION:The rail 1 has the reversely T-shaped sectional shape, and has structure to jet gas 3 of air, etc., in the arrow mark Y direction from holes 2 of the plural number formed on the upper face thereof. The ceramic base 4 arranged on the rail 1 and a series of the lead frames 5 adhered thereto are transported in the arrow mark Z direction by a feeding claw 6 to come in contact with the lead frame 5 and to transfer in the Z direction, and because gas 3 is jetted against the ceramic base 4 from the rail 1, the ceramic base 4 floats from the upper face of the rail. Accordingly at transportation by using the feeding claw 6, friction between the ceramic base and the rail is reduced sufficiently. |
