PURPOSE:To control a minor orifice area with high precision by forming a peripheral groove which has a V-shaped cross section and increases it depth from one end toward the other end on the outer periphery of a valve rotary coupled with the inner hole of a valve body. CONSTITUTION:A peripheral groove 12 is formed on the outer periphery of a valve rotary 3. The peripheral groove 12 has a V-shaped cross section and is formed so as to increase its depth from one end 12a toward the other end 12b. The other end 12b of the peripheral groove 12 is freely communicated to the port 16 of a valve body 1 by notches 13, 14 formed on the outer periphery of the valve rotary 3 and a hole 15 formed in the valve rotary 3 to communicate both notches. |
