发明名称 METHOD OF PRODUCING WELDED IMPELLER
摘要 PURPOSE:To allow an impeller having small outlet angle or long vanes to be completely produced by welding, by dividing one of a core plate or a side plate, and vanes, and welding each of the divided pieces to produce the impeller. CONSTITUTION:A side plate plate 2 is divided to two pieces 2a and 2b near an intermediate portion of an inlet 5 and an outlet 6 of a vane 3, and the vane 3 is divided to two pieces 3a and 3b. Upon assembling of an impeller, the vane 3a is first welded to a core plate 1, and the side plate 2a is second welded to the vane 3a. Then, the vane 3b is welded to the core plate 1, and the vanes 3a and 3b are welded with each other. Furthermore, the side plates 2a and 2b are welded with each other, and then the vane 3b is welded to the side plate 2b. With this arrangement, an impeller having small outlet angle or long vanes may be produced by welding. Accordingly, it is possible to provide an impeller which has good fluid performance without restriction of flow line shape or strength of the impeller.
