PURPOSE:To set optionally a temperature characteristic of the entire circuit, by providing at least two kinds of constant current circuits having different temperature characteristic, supplying a charging current to a capacitor and changing the rate of current of the constant current circuits. CONSTITUTION:The constant current circuits 22, 24 having different temperature characteristic and capable of changing optionally its constant current output are provided between a voltage application terminal 20 and an external connecting terminal 10. A capacitor 14 whose charge/discharge is controlled with a transistor 2 as a switching element is connected between the external connecting terminal 10 and a reference potential point. The temperature coefficient is corrected optionally and continuously by changing the ratio of output currents I1, I2 of the constant current circuits 22, 24 through the constitution above. |
