PURPOSE:To facilitate mating of beveled edges and to reduce man-hour by forming a receiving base complying with the bending angle of a curved pipe by means of an opening-closing base which can set angle as desired, a central support base and a pipe support base and adjusting a joint receiving base thereby mating the beveled edges of the bent pipe and the joint. CONSTITUTION:A motor 13a is started to rotate a screw rod 21 and to move a slide box 08 thereby moving central support bases 08-12 to a prescribed positions according to the length of a bent pipe 26a. A hydraulic rotary motor 09 is then started to revolve a gear 10c for revolution so that an opening-closing base 01 is rotated by a set angle by means of a connecting hinge 06a. The support part is adjusted in conformity with the pipe 26a, whereafter the pipe 26a is supported at three points; a pipe clamp 14, a support roll 11a for the bent part and a triangle base 07 for receiving the pipe. The level of the pipe 26a is set by operating jacks 17, 03a, and the pipe 26a is fixed by means of a clamping device 15. The joint 26b is placed on a joint clamping device 25, and the beveled edges of the pipe 26a and the joint 26b are mated with the jack 24c. |
