The invention relates to a pressure-medium control valve, in particular for a hydraulic percussion tool, to which pressure medium has to be fed and from which pressure medium has to be discharged, this valve having one valve body each for the feed and the discharge of the pressure medium, these valve bodies being mechanically connected to one another and also being loaded against the action of the pressure medium by the gas pressure built up in the percussion tool. This results in a rapid changing action of the inlet and outlet valve. In addition, the invention includes a delay means, in the form of dead travel, for the pressure-medium inlet valve.
