In order to ensure easy assembly and in order to prevent a negative effect as a result of production-related tolerances of more than two profile regions which interact with one another simultaneously, each profile rod (1, 2) is provided with only two strips (3) which can be pressed onto the insulating body, have a U-shape and are located outside the insulating body (5). At its corners, the insulating body has hook-shaped projections (4), a groove (11) and a surface which originates from said groove and runs obliquely towards the strips (11). The insulating body is initially surrounded by the strips (3) of the profile rods (1, 2) and is subsequently clamped-in between said strips and the profile rods by suitable bending of the strips (3), in a force-fitting manner, either in the hook-shaped region (Fig. 2) or in the region of the groove 11 (Fig. 3), depending on the configuration variant of the strips (3). <IMAGE>
