PURPOSE:To prevent atmospheric pollution and to recover heat energy, by arranging a heat exchanger and a gas-cleaning equipment in series in a channel of an exhaust gas of combustion. CONSTITUTION:A high-temperature exhaust gas is discharged from the furnace body 11 of a device for preparing sialon from an aluminosilicate such as clay or agalmatolite, and a carbon or nitrogen gas. The exhaust gas is introduced to the boiler 12, subjected to heat exchange, and heat energy is recovered. The exhausted gas cooled to a temperature suitable for denitration is introdued to the gas-cleaning equipment 13, cleaned, and released to the atmosphere. |
