PURPOSE:To bond sheets to each other in a perfectly watertight condition and facilitate heat adhesion through easily and securely positioning the sheets relative to each other, by a method wherein two sheets with bonding surfaces consisting of heat-adhesive resin films are adhered to each other by an adhesive, and thereafter heat adhesion is conduced. CONSTITUTION:First, the bonding surfaces 2, 2' of the sheets 1, 1' with at least the bonding surfaces 2, 2' constituted of heat-adhesive plastic films are faced each other, and thereafter an adhesive (e.g., butyl rubber) layer 3 provided on the sheet 1 is adhered to the sheet 1', whereby the sheets 1, 1' are adhered to each other. Then, the sheets 1, 1' are continuously heat-adhered to each other at the bonding surfaces 2, 2' at the side of a part 4 adhered by the adhesive layer 3, starting from one end of the longitudinal direction thereof to the other end, whereby the sheets 1, 1' are bonded to each other at a bonding part 5.
