PURPOSE:To obtain the titled container with uniform wall thickness and beautiful appearance, by a method wherein a flat form parison obtained by stretching a cylindrical parison is blow-molded by clamping the outside edge part thereof, and the parison is adhered closely to the inside wall of a mold by evacuation. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical parison 2 having lug parts 2a is extruded through an extruding die 1 of an extruder, is shaped into a bag form by bringing a tip part thereof into close contact with a close contact means, and the parison 2 is extruded to attain a predetermined length. Then, the lug parts 2a are clamped by stretching jigs 5 operated in a direction orthogonal to the moving direction of the die, and the parison 2 is stretched into a flat form, and a male mold 6 and a female mold 7 are slid to clamp the outside edge part of the flat form parison 2 by an outside peripheral part 8 of the male mold 6 and the female mold 7. Then, after blow molding the parison by blowing in a gas through a gas blowing-in pipe 10, the parison 2 is forced into a cavity of the female mold 7, and evacuated through suction pipes 13, 15 to obtain the objective formed article. |
