A device for energy production by means of solar radiation with receivers which convert the solar radiation is proposed. These receivers can be designed as collectors with a liquid storage medium or as semiconductor members. The receivers are arranged on a rotatable and/or pivotable frame which can track the sun by means of an adjustment device. The frame is mounted on a rotation shaft which is connected to a plinth and which is partially surrounded by a housing. The adjustment device and all necessary devices for transmitting and/or storing the converted energy are provided in the housing or on the frame, so that a compact unit is obtained. <IMAGE>
