A bent part for dentist comprises a head element (1) arranged perpendicularly to the driving axis comprising an interchangeable tool (5) having a cylindrical rod (50) to which a toothed wheel is secured. A locked top bearing (42), rotatingly movable with the tool (4), unseparable from the latter is engaged in the head element (1). An outer threaded socket (29) axially movable on the head axis overlaps partly the top bearing (42). In a particular embodiment of the invention, an opening is provided in the threaded socket (29) with a hollow cone intended to bear on a corresponding outer conical surface (49) of the top bearing (42). |
