The apparatus for monitoring the guiding and/or holding of a racket for ball games and the like, especially for playing tennis, comprises a plurality of signal emitters (I to VII), each of which responds to a force component which is characteristic of the racket holding or of the movement sequence of the racket during a playing stroke, by emitting a signal. The signals emitted by the signal emitters (I to VII) are analysed in a processing circuit and processed to give an overall display which provides the player with acoustic or optical information as to whether the handling of the racket during the performance of the playing cycle was error-free or incorrect. <IMAGE> |
