PURPOSE:To prompty perform exclusion of parts plugging a guide passage of the captioned device for parts received in lineup condition by forming a part of guide members for parts so as to be relatively movable. CONSTITUTION:When there is plugging in a part 10 within a guide member 4, a cylinder 31 is operated to lower a recovery box 33 and, after releasing the part from restraint, compressed air blown out from a nozzle 34 blows down the plugged part 10 into the recovery box 33. After excluding the part 10, the cylinder 31 is restored and raises the recovery box 33 to its original state, and supply of parts is reopened. During the abovementioned work, operation of an unillustrated part detector is stopped for a definite time. Due to this structure, part exclusion can be automatically expedited through judging by the part detector as part plugging in case the part is undetected, and putting guide members in relative movement, and performing part exclusion. |
