摘要

New derivatives of 3-amino quinuclidine of formula: (I) in which X=sulfur or oxygen; R=H, lower alkyl or benzyl; and Ar=substituted phenyl or substituted pyrimidinyl. These new derivatives have utility in therapeutics as accelerators of the gastro-intestinal motor function and as medicament potentiators.
