PURPOSE:To inexpensively manufacture a stable product which does not have an irregularity by restricting the relative position between a flat armature coil and the segment of a commutator through a keyway of central hole of a coil positioning plate. CONSTITUTION:Armature coils 1-1, 1-2...,1-n which are wound in an annular flat shape are displaced circumferentially, arranged in a circular flat state, and temporarily clamped, and a coil positioning plate 5 is secured to the side of the center in such a manner that the position of a keyway 5-2 formed at the central hole is coincident to the position of the coil side of a flat coil. When the armature coils which are wound in an annular flat shape are arranged in a circular flat shape, the plate 5 is mounted on a recess which is formed at the center of a coil arraying jig so that the keyway 5-2 is coincident to the key projection formed at the jig, both-side adhesive which is punched in the same shape as the coil positioning plate is bonded onto the plate 5, and one side of the coil is sequentially superposed and arranged. |
