PURPOSE:To improve the machining accuracy and the efficiency, by making parts of a work where access of a light beam is not easy irradiated with the light beam from a sub-light source through a mirror thereby clarifying the ridge line of an image on a screen. CONSTITUTION:A main light source 1, a lens 2 and the work 4 held by a chuck 3 are aligned. The sub-light source 9 such as a projector and the mirror 10 whose opposite angle can be varied are also arranged. In the cutting, the work 4 is irradiated with the light beam 5 passed throug the lens 2 from the main light source 1, the enlarged and projected image 11 is shown on th screen 6, and at this time the light beam 12 from the sublight source 9 irradiates the surface 4a to be machined through the mirror 10. Therefore, the ridge line 13 clearly appears in the image 11 that has been enlarged and projected on the screen 6, and while observing the image 11, the finishing processing is effected. Thus, the cutting accuracy and the efficiency can be improved. |
