PURPOSE:To improve wear resistance and environment resistance greatly and to manufacture titled magnetic core in a small number of processes by depositing and laminating thin plates which have high magnetic permeability by using glass containing wear-resistant grains. CONSTITUTION:The lamination surface of a thin plate 1 is coated with an adhesive member 3 obtained by dissolving glass powder and powder of wear-resistant material in water glass by using a roll, etc. Then, plural thin plates coated with adhesive members 3 as mentioned above are laminated to form a block 4. This block 4 is fixed by a jig with uniform force and placed in a furnace at about 700-900 deg.C treatment temperatures for about two hours. Thus, the magnetic annealing of the laminate material of the thin plate 1 and the deposition of the adhesive members 3 by the glass are carried out at the same time. Then, a groove 5 as a winding window and a notch part 6 for adhesion are worked in the block 4. A part 7 as a gap surface is lapped and sputtering is carried out there. This block is butted to a simularly formed block 4 by using glass 8 and adhesive members 9 of glass silver solder, etc., and adhered. |
